the Original Beauty Blender

the Original Beauty Blender

Got my very own original beauty blender!! finally!!

Went I got home, I tried it. The small pink egg-like sponge doubled in size went I placed it under running water, squeezing the excess water after.

I used my liquid foundation with it bounced the product on my face. The result was beautiful. The air brush look was great, it was even and the product was not absorbed by the sponge, rather it was just lying on top of it. It was pure magic.

After that I used the same sponge to apply my 2 way foundation powder (Revlon Photo finish) and the same, no caking, no uneven spots or blotches of dried up make-up, just even application and even tone.

As compared with the DUPE (fake/imitaion) beauty sponge:

The dupe one absorbed most of the make up, although I got some bouncing-the-make-up action also. the dupe one was harder to clean since it got the make-up stuck in the pores of it. I tried soaping it, using shampoo, and eye-make up remover just to recover the original color of the sponge.

the Original Beauty Blender's cleanser was easy to use, I just rubbed some of it on the semi-wet sponge and ran it under cold water, the color was back to original pink and no more product was stuck not the sponge (not that much of it was there to begin with since it was already applied to my skin) although I think that using regular face soap will be enough to clean the Original Beauty Blender, I took it from experience to get the cleanser of the same brand to avoid what I expected to me a hard clean up after use.

Also my dupe sponge was already breaking on most parts, small tears from my several attempts to ride it of stuck make-up.

In conclusion:

I highly recommend the Original Beauty Blender. It was pricey but considering I have a blender type sponge, the dupe one, I got for half the price, the result of the original is far best as compared with the dupe. ITS WORTH IT!!

MACBOOKPRO 13 INCH RETINA CARRYING BAG

Nice to see you again! Today my online order for a MacBook Pro 13 inch retina carrying bag came in. I was so excited because I got a pink case, relatively unknown brand "SSIMOO" didn't expect much since I got it at almost 1/3 the price of the bag I saw in the Mall. When I opened my package, WHOAA! loved the color, the inside is furry soft, with zipper on the front and back, the front zipper had compartments for pens and stuff, it had a carrying handle tucked inside. Oh IT is LOVE!! I can't wait to use it to carry my Mac around :)

BEAUCHE INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTS

Hi Again! :) I'm feeling a sense of wanting to write things down. I having a sort of work/career dilemma and for now, writing is very cathartic.

I want to share my skin care regimen. When I was younger, during my teen years. I used to have several acne marks from my stressful and lazy skin care routine. But now during my late-20's, I have realized the importance of having a sort of regimen to care for the skin since the accumulation of bad habits can catch up and show in one's face.

Although my acne is not a problem anymore, my skin tone is not what I would have wanted to have. I have seen the crazy fads of having glutathione injections, which are effective on some. Seeing that they would have this ultra white complexion. But in my case, my fear of needles and expensive treatments made me shy away from this trend.

I had a co-worker who had very nice skin texture reveal to me what she had used on her face to achieve that flawless (without make-up) skin tone (after much coaxing and pleading). She said her sister recommended BEAUCHE BEAUTY REGIMEN. Curious about that BEAUCHE THING, I went to the store where she said I could get one.

With much fear and expectation, I followed the instructions and used the product. First the PINK CLARIFYING LOTION, THEN WASH WITH ORANGE COLORED SOAP, then APPLY THE EXFOLIATING CREAM, and LASTLY THE REJUVINATING CREAM.

OK SO I FINISHED with all that. First use, nothing. I did not notice anything but the tiresome process of having to apply several things on my face and end it with two coats of cream.

AROUND the third night after application, I felt stinging on my face when I came to apply the creams. I was told it would sting and that I would be warm, and to fight the urger to stop applying (I tell you, the sting was really bad, it was like having little cuts on my face rubbed with alcohol, but then you have to keep on doing it). After much sacrifice, I finished doing the regimen. My face felt so warm that I had to face the air-conditioning to ease the sting and burning feeling.

I continued using Beauche, following through the instructions. With high hopes that with each sting, my face is really going to brighten up instead of being RED.

6th to 7th day, IT STARTED. the PEELING. First, small patches on my chin, that when rubbed gave off small flakes of skin. It was actually fun and relieving to gently rub off some flakiness.

Despite the peeling, I continued. I was told 2 weeks to get results. I was hopeful and full of faith, thinking I could stop using it when things really got worst or the pain unbearable.

around the 8th-10th day, the peeling was on its maximum. not really flakes now, but larger pieces of dead skin around my nose, my forehead and cheeks. I was not really gross since there is a AGE ERASER CREAM to use in lieu of make up during the day, to conceal the peeling and give you a make-up like finish (this is a pink cream of titanium dioxide).

12th-15th day, it did not sting as much as before. actually it did not hurt to apply the lotions and creams anymore. My face was sort of finished peeling. Fresher and softer skin was now exposed. I secretly was proud to have endured the pain to get the soft and make-up free look.

I was so happy that after the first pack, I did another. then stopped because of laziness.  I even did the ICE CUBEs during morning for the first month.

then after a while, I felt my skin was not as good looking as it was when I was using BEAUCHE. So I would use it again and the process of peeling would happen again, then welcome GREAT SKIN Tone!!

I STILL USE IT EVERY OTHER DAY at most,  BUT sometimes I would use RETIN-A alone, when lazy or feeling I have used Beauche too much already.

RESULTS:

WHITER SKIN
SOFTER SKIN (no more dead skin)
ACNE SCARS LIGHTENED IF NOT COMPLETELY GONE
YOUNGER LOOKING SKIN

THIS IS A NOTICEABLE KIND OF IMPROVEMENT, SINCE MY FRIENDS COMPLEMENT ME ON MY PRETTY SKIN AND ASK WHAT I DO. I tell them it is a gift from God and a lot of SUNSCREEN (JUST KIDDING)

Im not sure what kind of ingredients they use making BEAUCHE or if they are super super safe. But it does work, because it peels off the dead layers of skin (either by burning it then peeling it or whatever) but it does make your skin smooth.

CONCLUSION

Give it a try if you are not queazy about pain or sting. Use it if you do not have hyper sensitive skin. Try it you have had similar peeling procedures done before. But if you have super sensitive skin or a pre-existing serious acne conditions, exercise caution or dermatological advice prior use.

As the person who recommended me to it said, when you use it you think of becoming prettier while the product stings and burns say "BEAUSSHIIITT" several times as a Mantra.

use with caution and medical supervision/advice. and yeah better not use if pregnant or trying to conceive (just to be safe, since there are no studies about the effects on pregnant women)

BEST MAKE UP FOUNDATION BASE Product Review REVLON COLORSTAY WHIPPED Creme` 24 hours Medium Beige 250

Hi there curious one! I'm new to the online shopping thing, I've made my first purchase through Amazon last month, and it was very appropriate that my delivery came exactly on my Birthday! Imagine me all excited accepting my delivery from the courier service, I was all smiles.

So one of my self purchased birthday gifts is a... REVLON COLORSTAY WHIPPED Creme` make up Medium Beige, around $ 11.00 (US Dollars) or roughly P 490.00 (Philippine Peso).

I purchased the product since I wanted maximum coverage and even tone even if I used only a minimal amount of product. I imagined this would suit my needs, given the make-up is not liquid type or runny, rather it is a creme1 based or paste-like in form.

What I like about the REVLON COLORSTAY WHIPPED Creme`

1.  I like that it comes in a heavy glass container/tub which gives me access to most of the product. No squeezing the tube or pumping a bottle to get product on the sponge.
2. I love the texture/form, the product itself was not as thick as I expected it to be.
3. The coverage is great, I use a sponge/blender (the egg shaped type), I get most of the product on my face and after application, I get the fresh and moisturized, even skin tone effect I want.
4. I love that the product itself is not wasteful. I guess its because of the texture of it. A small dollop of product goes a long way across my face, and then another small dollop for application on my neck area.
5. I like that it becomes one with my skin. It blends very well and unlike other make-up foundation that looks like its sitting on top of your face, the REVLON COLORSTAY WHIPPED Creme` looks like you are just having a great skin tone without much effort.
6. A little last a long time. I noticed I still have plenty despite me using the product everyday. I could not really tell how much is in the tub since the glass container has a illusory effect of depth (i think). but from the top container it still looks kinda full.
7. It is really long wearing and makes the press power finish stick well for ultimate flawless effect.

What I don't like about REVLON COLORSTAY WHIPPED Creme`
1. When you open it up, most of the product would likely stick the plastic barrier/cover of the packaging.
2. Though I like to glass container for aesthetic reasons, the container itself is heavy (like full glass heavy) so I could not bring the product everyday on my make-up kit. (but I don't use the product for touch-ups anyways, I have a MAC press powder for that, so i guess there is really no reason bringing it with me)
3. I tried applying the product on my face using my fingers, but did not get the best result as when I used a sponge (my sponge, which I love (another review for that) dabbing/bouncing motions). I mean with the sponge, the REVLON COLORSTAY WHIPPED Creme` achieves its full glorious effect.
4. I'm not sure how my skin would react with it on a hot summer day, I mean when used indoors or cold weather, its perfect.

Conclusion:
I've tried several foundation base. the BB creams, the liquid foundations, the retractable ones on tubes, BUT this by far is my favorite and would find the whipped type in the nearest mall or online again if there is none available. A must try, I hope you will love it as much as I do :)

Stay tuned for other product reviews which I will post soon :)
